With 160 flats and 14 shops strength it has Solar plant of 15KW for taking care of their water pumps bill. In 2016 they also did rain water harvest with ring well and all toilets are functional with harvested water. For saving electricity they have Motion Sensor tube lights in all corridors. Also for reducing water wastage they installed water aerators which gives required flow and reduce.
